Bridal Collection | Railside

203 W 3rd St | Downtown Railside

The Bridal Collection helps women across Nebraska find the wedding dress of their dreams. They are a one-stop shop for: wedding dresses, tuxedos, bridesmaids, and flower girl dresses, as well as mothers and special occasion dresses. The current owner, Tessa Schroeder, took over the business when the company moved to downtown Railside and relocated in the Hedde Building at 203 West Third Street.

Fred Hedde, a pioneer who helped settle Grand Island in the 1850s, built the three-story building in 1887. Over the years, the Hedde Building has housed a multitude of businesses including, the Daily Independent, Woolstenholm and Stern Clothiers, Roger’s Jewelry, and Brodkey Jewelry. The Hedde Building is owned by Amos Anson and Tom Pirnie. The building is undergoing a $3.8 million renovation.
